We pack and dispatch orders within 24–48h (Mon–Fri). Typical delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch You’ll get an email with tracking once your gear is on the way.
We don’t offer free shipping right now. Occasionally we run promo events—subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.
As soon as your order ships, the tracking number is added to your order and sent to your email. Didn’t receive it? Check spam or contact us with your order number.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, with tags/packaging intact. Please attach your receipt or order screenshot, and a photo of the product & packaging. Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. For damaged-in-transit items, reach out within 48h of delivery with photos.
